I have been trying to get use to using my CPAP machine and wasn’t having much luck. Because I’m a mouth breather, I started with a full face mask that was recommended. Didn’t work. Then I got a nasal pillow which I thought would be better. It is better…but trying to remember to keep my mouth closed was an issue. I wore this with my mask for the first time last night and I think it might be the game changer I was hoping for. The material is incredibly soft and so thin, I honestly forgot I had it on.

This product gently lifts and supports your jaw, so your mouth easily remains completely closed all night. With tape, your jaw still remains slack and your tongue is not resting at the top of your mouth as it should. This product is soft and comfortable; does not interfere with sleep.

Very happy with this, and I have tried a ton! Soft, doesn’t leave lines. Easy to adjust - the Velcro strips on the side allow you to really adjust the upward fit. I just ordered another one. This will be my go to chin strap for use with my BIPAP machine, unless something goes wrong in the future - thus far it has been great!

Could just be my head I guess but I cannot keep it on, it's like a rubber band flying off every time I try.IF it would stay put it would be extremely comfortable, soft fabric, velcro closures to fit to your head.I returned it, very disappointed it didn't work for me.

The strap didn't come with directions, but I had researched other straps to know that you put the middle of it on your chin and then strap it on. It fit easily. I believe that my head is larger than average and this strap fit easily. The material is very light so it breathed easily. It isn't hot outside right now, but I assume it would be fine in the summer. My strap didn't help my snoring though, but the delivery and the product were top notch. I will keep looking for other aids to control it.

I sleep with a CPAP type device. Although I use a full face mask, I open my mouth wide enough that the mask winds up in my mouth. Without a seal the unit is totally ineffective. I used this item last night and didn’t even notice it was on, but it kept my mouth closed and my ASV unit worked great! Such a simple solution.

This snore strap has helped my sleeping in an amazing way! I was a bit skeptical at first, but once I put it on and found that it was smooth and the Velcro wasn’t scratchy I was able to relax. Had the best sleep of my life since. Plus, I no longer wake up with a dry mouth.
