IONIC's are GARBAGE DONT waste your money
I received an IONIC for my birthday last year and within four months I had to have it replaced with a new because it fried up and had a meltdown. Now the one they sent me wont charge. I have tried all of the trouble shooting steps and nothing is working. I called FITBIT and spoke with a customer service representative by the name of Oscar who informed me that my IONIC was out of warranty and couldn't be replaced, but they would be happy to offer me a discount on a new on. WHAT are they thinking. Why would I purchase another one so it can stop working between four and eight months. Its sad that you spend a good chuck of money on a product that even its own manufacturer wont take care of the product when it is clearly an issue with hardware. I understand that they have a policy well I have a policy too and that is not to waste my hard earned monies on a garbage product. I am truly disappointed in the FITBIT company. I understand that my original warranty was just over a year ago (we are talking a few days over). But when you send a complete replacement unit then the warranty should start from that date its not the same unit purchased. But I guess when you know your product is garbage then why would you. Well thank you FITBIT for teaching me this lesson and from now on I'll just purchase your competitor's products.

Dont bother
Music is impossible to set up. You have to have windows 10, I couldn't download the fitbit app to do it with along with thousands of other people who have posted online about issues. Pandora doesnt set up. It doesnt stay synced and I am returning it right after this review.

Do not buy from Fitbit. This company does not back its products. Fitbit hardware has become so problematic that they decided to remove the option to review a product on their official website.My Ionic died (no fault of my own, these are now known to brick) a month past the 1 year warranty expiration and all they will do is offer a 25% discount on your next Fitbit purchase. Ionic bricking has become such a problem (check the Fitbit forums and you'll see what I mean) that when you call Fitbit they won't even troubleshoot the problem if it sounds anything like a hardware failure. They just hop right into offering a discount for your next purchase.

I wanted to stay with FitBit, but
I really wanted an inexpensive sleep and step tracker, and from everything I read, this looked like a good choice. But I was having a lot of trouble syncing it to my phone, the app worked well, but after 30 days, I would have to pay the premium fee - which would amount to over $100/year - so it only made sense to buy a better watch and actually save money.Plus, watch faces and apps were very limited.I returned this after about 2 weeks.

DOA out of the box
Received the Iconic watch opened the box, no paper work. Plugged it in to charge it and screenturns on with error "Data not cleared Sync and try again". Tried to reboot repeatedly but same issue.Sent back.

Waste of time and money.
Did not even work out of the box. Charging prong on the watch was broken, and would not even charge... or turn on. Do not waste your time with this vendor.

Terrible quality - Won’t even turn on!
I just got this as a Christmas present and it DOES NOT WORK. It won’t charge and won’t turn on. I’ve tried two different chargers and still nothing. I will definitely be returning this. Terrible quality product. Time to switch to an Apple Watch...

Refurbished may be less, but not of quality.
Fit bit came in on time, set up app, went well...BUT fit bit did not detect heart beat or steps... which is one of the main reasons I bought. I bought from a third party company, so buyer beware, I was trying to get the best deal, but failed to take into consideration the price reflecting the product...BUY NEW!!! Nothing against Amazon, Amazon is always great, just make sure you read about products being refurbished. Returning and going to purchase new. Returns are really easy with Amazon, so I really appreciate that.

Amazing product but had some scratches on the border around the screen but those are bearable if you get it for 50%
