Great for shingles pain

I like the idea of this product. The magnesium does put a dent in pain on my lower back and hips, but the epsom salt tends to linger on the skin after using it. The roll-on format makes it much easier to use than my regular magnesium cream, but this particular formulation is not quite as effective as my regular magnesium cream. If pain is mild / moderate, I'll use the roll-on for quick relief. Anything stronger, and I'd use something else.

It's effective. I use as soon as I feel a muscle spasm coming on and stops it almost immediately.
