First Endurance MultiV is a great supplement when you’re doing endurance training as it helps with the overall health benefits and recovery process of endurance athletes. This multi vitamins are essential supplements when I train for a half marathon as. It helps me with strength and stamina and push through what lactic acid can cause muscle fatigue and increases oxygen capacity when running for a long period. It helps me recover faster and prevents me from getting sick.

While not an endurance athlete, I do functional strength training w a coach 3x week, multiple MMA/BJJ/Muay Thai classes, and am currently training for Spartan OCR. This multi keeps me in good health. Much more convenient than the dozens of pills I was taking separately. I love First Endurance’s transparency. As a competitive cyclist, nothing is more defeating than training hard in the winter and getting sick right before big events.
