I as well did not get the metal lips for the inside of the bed clamps. It would be better if they used the same type of handles as in the ones closer to the tailgate. I'm not sure how to get the missing parts now. Will try calling them tomorrow and will post back and change the rating if all is good.UPDATE:After working with customer service they were able to confirm that the needed brackets were not shipped with the original order. They shipped the brackets and i had them in 3 days. It was a perfect fit and i was able to complete the install. The cover looks good and there are no gaps or issues the tailgate closes perfectly too.I'm only giving it 4 stars because of the time spent on back and forth and the missing brackets. All could have been avoided with proper packaging.

The bed cover itself is nice and cosmetically looks great. The problem is that I did not receive all the items to do the installation such as the metal lips for the clamps to hold on to. Also the screws for the spacers were the worst quality ever onee was already stripped and I had to get an extractor kit to get it out. I paid $45 for autozone to ship me the metal lip attachments. $11 at Lowe's for the screw extractor. Quality control must be weak at this company.
