Braun MQ9187XL MultiQuick 9 Hand Blender, 8 Attachments

This is fabulous. I bought the 5 cup pitcher as an accessory and was able to give away my food processor since this comes with a 2 cup container and an 8 cup container you can chop or blend in. The 5 cup pitcher for me replaces a 4 cup one that I would use in my food processor. It’s a smaller footprint, easier to clean, and feels heavy. It has a fabulous safety feature so you don’t take off fingers with the immersion blender. I will say for smaller hands it is a little awkward to use but I will accept that given its outstanding features. It feels just slightly less powerful than my original food processor but I honestly don’t need a lot of power too often. Besides, given the convenience of this I will reach for this far more often than my food processor.

Live this! Allot of attachments. When you first get it, remove red u clip under top where buttons are. Then when ready to use, you must hold bottom button on handle down with thumb to unlock then squeeze trigger. This will save you digging in manual. Red lock is safty. And top of handle where cord attaches hae upper button to select mode, and bottom button to remive red “lockout. If you say “it will not run!” Then you will say sha! Just push thumb on button for 3 seconds to unlock mixer.

Super recommended product, practical in every way, easy to handle, easy to wash and used almost daily in our homes.

Replaced my 8 year old one that gave out. This has more attachments. I use most daily. Seems even better than last one. More power. I put attachments in dishwasher just like old one. Clean up easy

Just received this yesterday to replace a first generation braun immersion blender that didn't work and a Cuisinart mini food processor that also was broken. Happy to say that both attachments work wonderfully and better than the items they were replacing. Don't know why I stuck with the mini food processor all these years as this item is much easier to use and clean. The immersion blender did a fantastic job pureeing a pot of tomato soup without sending a mess all over me or my kitchen. Can't wait to try the 8-cup processor...will update when I do. Word of caution...once you get going it is easy to use; HOWEVER, the instructions are indecipherable...push this, hold that. I thought the product was received broken. I obviously figured it out, but they could make the instructions a bit more clear.

I am absolute in love with my Braun MQ 9187 XL MultiQuick 9! The hand blender feels amazingly comfortable in the hand, and the smooth button responsiveness is top-tier. I’ve already thrown out several old kitchen appliances because this setup does it all. So, so happy with this purchase!

La parte metalica tiene un defecto, las cuchillas al estar abajo quedan sueltas al motor no embonan por ende no funciona, no es que cada que lo encienda tenga que sumergir las cuchillas para que embone con el motor. Al utilizarlo no giraba, lo apagué y revisé que tenía unas rebabas en la parte que se une. Es la única parte que no sirve, ya probe con el utensilio para hacer pure y con el picador pequeño y a la perfección porque queda justo al embonar no es que se baje como el pie metalico con verde. Me decepciona porque amazon no me deja hacer el reemplazo solo reembolso.

Amazing all the things it can do. Well built and made. Many different uses and ways. Way worth buying and saves lots of space.

It is my number one helper in the kitchen. Love it!
