This has just the right amount of lemon. It tastes great alone on my hearts of romaine lettuce (boat spoons) with or without dressing. I used a whole pack for 8 large romaine boats. There is enough for a sandwich or two depending on the size of bread used or if the tuna is with anything else like mayo and relish etc. I think it’s good on its own. It’s a nice light tuna taste with lemon. I think I would go well with hot or cold pasta or in a tuna wraps and rolls. As someone with Celiac, I have to be extremely careful about food and labels. Not all of their flavors are gluten free, but this one is. It also has a .5 minuscule amount of fat which helps because I have to change my diet as I recover from gallbladder removal surgery. As my appetite is still very low I need as much protein as possible quickly and this helps with 17 grams.

This is my first time trying a different flavors of tuna. I’m not big into spicy food so I wasn’t sure what to expect but this was really pretty good. It leaves a heat in your mouth, but not too bad . the flavor is good.

These are just the right size to pack in a lunch! Tear open and put on a bagel with avacado or top on a salad for protein. My granddaughter loves making tuna fish sandwiches and these are a safe, no can opener needed, option for her. Delicious!

Taste great with the ranch, but not to over powering. To make a quick sandwich for a cheap price, this is the way to go.
