Delivered 84.1Wh of capacity
I tested the new Jackery PowerBar 23200mAh / 85W for capacity, runtime, pass-thru/UPS mode (use while charging), and time to recharge. The Jackery PowerBar worked as advertised and delivered about 84.1 Wh. It took around 8h to recharge using the provided power supply. If you are looking for a travel powered inverter that is TSA-approved to bring on the planes, then this is your device. Here’s my test setup:1. Lamp w/ 58W incandescent light bulb2. Fully charged Jackery PowerBar3. Turn on and took measurements with built-in meter every 10 mins until shut off.4. Recharge using the provided power supply and USB-C cable. Here are the results:58W Bulb00:00 - 100%00:10 - 89%00:20 - 77%00:30 - 65%00:40 - 53%00:50 - 40%01:00 - 27%01:10 - 14%01:20 - 0% (flashing but still running)01:26:53 - turned off1.45 h x 58W = 84.1 WhI then plugged in the PowerBar to charge using the provided power supply and cable and noted the following charge rate: 5.34V @2.73A = 14.5W“Pass-Thru” charging / UPS mode....Next, I tried to use the PowerBar while it was charging. The lamp turned on but ran for a couple of minutes before shutting off again. This was expected since the lamp load of 58W exceeded the charging rate of 14.5W.I then swapped out the incandescent bulb with a 8.5W LED bulb (equip of a 60W bulb). The Jackery turned the lamp on and continued to run however either at an extremely slow rate or stopped charging altogether. After about 10 minutes of no change in the charge level (stopped at 3%), I turned off the inverter/outlet and allowed it to charge to full.It took about 8h 9m to fully charge consuming 118.44 Wh / 22226 mAh.Just for fun, I plugged a 1700 Watt hair dryer into the PowerBar to see what would happen when it was overloaded. I was able to power the fan at high speed with the heat turned off. However, the instant I tried turning on the heat, the inverter/outlet immediately shut off. I was able to flip the outlet back on right away.

Awesome Portable Charger
A few years ago I was looking to buy small portable chargers for everyone in my family of five. My brother in law (who does serious research before buying anything) recommended buying the Jackery Portable Charger Bar 6000mAh as being the best. We bought three of them and they’ve worked perfectly. So, when I saw the Jackery PowerBar 23200mAh I thought it might be a more powerful addition to our portable power source arsenal.Bought my Jackery PowerBar 23200mAh and charged it to 100%. The plan is to use it as much as possible over the next few days to see what it can do.Day One: Started with the Jackery charged to 100%. Went to my daughter’s volleyball game in a hot gym with no air conditioning. Plugged a portable fan into the AC outlet and an iPhone 6S Plus into the USB port for two hours while I was there. Jackery charge only dropped to 86%. Left there and drove 10 minutes to the Apple store with an iPad charging in the AC outlet. Kept the iPad plugged in while using it for an entire hour long Garage Band clinic. Jackery dropped to 76% by the end of the clinic. Charged another iPhone 6Plus for an hour and the Jackery dropped to 66%. Charged iPad from 45% to 100% and the Jackery dropped from 53% to 23%. Charged iPhone 6Plus from 1% to 100% and Jackery dropped to 12%.Charged Jackery back to 100% over a 6 hour period.Day two: plugged in a completely dead 11” MacBook Air and charged it fully to 100%. This dropped the Jackery charge to 43%. Did the same with a 13” MacBook Air and got it to 85% before the Jackery power ran out.I’ve now had the Jackery PowerBar 23200mAh for several weeks and it’s become the go to charger for everybody in the family. Wy wife uses it while on her phone in bed every night, my son uses to keep the iPad charged while he’s playing games. My daughter uses with the MacBook Air while doing her homework, and I take it in the car as a back-up source for all our devices. The Jackery PowerBar 23200mAh is much smaller, lighter, and more portable than I had imagined seeing it in pictures (about the size of a hotdog in a bun… lol), and feels really solid and sturdy. In addition to everyday use, it will be perfect for car camping, days at the beach, long car trips, power outages, and backyard parties. Great purchase!

Completely broken after just a few uses.
Worked for just a couple of sessions and then quit. Completely died from what I'm assuming from us a broken control board. I'll be reaching out to Jackery and will see how the replacement goes...

Most useful portable charger! You'll never need another!
What an amazing product! It has the peripherals you need for your every day electronics. It is charged via an included USB C cable. This port is for both in/out charging. Coincidentally I have a Galaxy note 8 that charges with a USB C cable. The same cable provided for charging the PowerBar can be used for charging you personal devices such as the note 8 in my case. This PowerBar includes 2 additional USB ports for charging. For testing I plugged in an iPod, an iPad mini, and the galaxy note 8 at the same time and it charged without a problem! I connected several household items to the plug on the back, and to my surprise it powered all of them while still charging all 3 portable devices. I plugged in a video studio lamp, Alexa, Energizer battery charger, Canon Battery charger, Radio player, Razer Laptop, desk fan, and an insect zapper and they all worked like a charm!
