I bought this a year ago. (July 2025) I use the vibration setting on my Yorkie that sometimes loses her mind yapping uncontrollably. Her favorite is to scream at the bathroom door when I have no option but to listen to her. I love the collar but if you are hesitating on purchasing this I would like to assure you that while collar is great, the customer service is stellar!! After having it a year, I accidentally washed the remote . I reached out to the company to try to buy another remote, there was nothing wrong with the collar and while I couldn't buy only the remote, Jerry with customer service is sending a new one under the warranty. I purchased this collar with the expectation that it would be a dependable training tool for my dog. Unfortunately, it has been nothing but a disappointment. After only a short period of normal use, the device stopped working entirely. The vibration and shock functions both failed, leaving the collar completely useless. For a product designed to be a consistent part of a dog’s training routine, reliability should be the bare minimum. Instead, this device feels cheaply made and cannot withstand even light use. The battery indicator was misleading, the remote stopped responding intermittently, and within days the system became non-functional. I invested in this collar to support effective training, but instead it has caused frustration and wasted time. A training tool should build trust between owner and pet, not undermine it. At this price point, I expected durability, basic quality control, and customer support that stands by the product. I cannot recommend this collar to anyone. Unless the company replaces this defective unit immediately with one that works as advertised, I will have to consider this an unacceptable purchase and strongly caution others to look elsewhere.

It works well for our dog, could be a bit smaller but the battery life would likely be impacted. I wish it came only as a vibrate and sound, without the shock option. I removed the electrodes and ground them down so that it didn't accidently shock the dog. I know with some dogs this is a necessity but, with a rescue with a questionably past, the shock would ruin her. Thankfully, it works just fine without the electrodes. We are using this on our 12lb chihuahua/pug mix and she responds very well. Like I said, its a little big for her but, it's not cumbersome and if she gets preoccupied, it gets her attention. We take it off before bed too. The light is pretty cool function too! Battery lasts about 2-3 weeks without charging, obviously depending on use, we may only beep her 1 or 2 times a week though.

Shock won't work!

Good quality shock collar for little dogs. I have a 12 lbs chihuahua mix that I was able to make this work for him. Has 2 different width of collar, so will adjust to fit about any sized dog. It is easy to use, just wish the remote had less of a delay when it comes to sending signals from the remote. A good training tool. Definitely not very stylish or cute but it is a functional training collar.

Works great on cats. I know it says for dogs but we tried it as a last resort with our cat getting on the table. He doesn’t even need to wear it anymore, it work perfectly.

Wanted to love it, but it falls short. Size is right. Doesn’t register or beep half the time I press the button. Range is questionable. Feel like it’s an issue with the remote more so than the collar. Wouldn’t recommend wouldn’t buy again. Light on remote is good feature, and close to being a good product.

I was looking for a small light weight collar for my cat. I have used other pet collars that have worked better. The ringer is not loud enough for me to hear it. And it quit ringing shortly after using it. I will be getting something else.
