The Best Opera Album In The World Ever

Really relaxing

The cd was in excellent condition and there is a good selection of music l am very pleased with it thank you.

This a great album in celebration of the human voice with some wonderful backing music. Its title for me is not too much of an extravagant claim. As a greatest hits for those who know their opera, for those who know a few of the tunes, or for complete newcomers to the genre it is difficult to beat. The greatest artists with the greatest numbers, if some are older recordings maybe to reduce copyright. Though not an issue to be honest.

Ab fab! This really is the best opera album in the world ever, especially if you're an opera newbie like me. There are two discs and the music is grouped by opera. So, for example, all tracks from Madame Butterfly are grouped together, as are all tracks from La Boheme etc. This is very helpful for familiarisation with different operas, composers etc. Also the selection of music is exactly what I was looking for. All the most popular and well-known pieces are there and are performed by world famous artists. This is my absolute favourite opera album and comes everywhere with me.

mine was very scratched so hoping I could find another copy. I went to this site as it said near perfect or words to that affect. and I am not disappointed. It looked like mint condition. lovely to listen again to it. very I mpressed

Good easy listening for the car which is what I wanted. Some great favourites and no awful catawalling. If you like the good tunes this is a good all round selection that makes good background music or is even worth sitting and listening to.

I am delighted with this quality CD of famous opera music. It is better than I had hoped for, and such good value, when I could have paid a lot more for a brand new one. This CD is perfect, and I will use this company again (and again?) Thank you !!
