Q: How do i set up? the white and red plugs do not fit into my dvr.

Black and red are power - should fit in-line with one of your camera power lines; take the black connector from the camera lead and connect it to the red socket on the microphone and take the black connector on the microphone lead and plug it into the (now empty) red power socket coming from the DVR to the camera. The white should plug into an "audio in" socket on the DVR, although you may need an extension depending on where you want to put the microphone compared to a camera. If your DVR does not have an audio in, then .... why did you buy a microphone? If it has a different style of audio in port then you'll need an adaptor.

Q: Is this compatible and able to connect to Sansco 2mp dome cctv cameras with dvr without need for seperate power adapter ?

It needs power. It gets it in-line from the power wire going into a camera. Take the power plug out of the camera flying lead and plug it into the red socket on the microphone wiring, then plug the black jack from the microphone wiring into the camera flying lead. Connect the white socket to the mic port on your dvr (extension cable probably needed). Or if you want the mic close by the dvr box, plug the black plug into the back of the dvr and then the wire to a camera can be plugged into the red socket.
