0.25mm Derma Roller Pen

The media could not be loaded. Before purchasing I read about these & this seemed well regarded. So I bought my lidocaine cream , took two Tylenol & prepared myself 😂. (This girl has already established that natural beauty is going to take some work! The Tylenol & lidocaine worked for laser hair removal so I decided that was an easy option & let’s face it, no one wants pain!)So the choice of needle is important, it comes with a selection and explains that the many needle (nano) is less deep & just to help serum absorption whereas the other needles can be chosen to select for example deeper acne scar treatments) I have deep forehead wrinkles & have decided to see if I can stimulate some collagen production there. So of course I went with the heavy duty option,Note here, you want to have your hands face & area all super clean & maybe keep sanitizer around, I wiped the lidocaine off with micellar water & applied my serum. I & also had additional cotton wool pads with serum on to wipe any blood spots before they dried.I gave the lidocaine cream 20 minutes to work & then attached a cartridge (snaps into place) looked at the guide & off I went. I only noticed a tiny amount of bleeding so in true obsessive form went over the areas again. It isn’t painful (with lidocaine😉) and you can see that it has done what you wanted it to do.I lifted & placed it rather than dragged it across my face (as I had seen in one video) as it made no sense to me to move a needle that was in my face.Immediately afterwards I saw more tiny spots of bleeding, which I wiped with clean cotton wool & more serum..the guide tells you what depth & speed to use in each area & I of course ignored that & went one higher 😂🙈 & still no issues.That night I wouldn’t have gone out (or morning the next day as maybe doing each area twice in a cross hatch pattern could have been a little too thorough & I did look as though I had fallen face first onto our pet hedgehog! Yesterday it was hardly noticeable & I could have covered it with make up, today there are only 1-2 tiny spots left. It hasn’t caused any pimples so I will use the same method next time. I have set my calendar for 4 weeks time (apparently the healing between sessions is the important time) & hopefully in a few months I will start to see a small difference & if not maybe it will stop the wrinkles getting too much worse.

This will make your skin glow after just one use. Love it!! Great quality products!

Let me preface this by saying, I usually don’t write reviews on Amazon… this tool is amazing (so far.)I didn’t want to drop hundreds of monies on numerous micro-needling treatments and I love being a diy queen, so I took matters into my own hands :DI've only used the pen once so the long term effects, I will have to come back and update on: BUT, the set-up and price itself is 😍Prior to using this micro needling pen, I recommend looking up prior and after skin care to optimize your results <3 It’s extremely easy to set up and use, I just made sure I thoroughly read the instructions since this is dealing with such a sensitive part of my body. The needles are each individually wrapped. Which I love because it is guaranteeing sanitization. Now the pen itself is cordless. So easy to use and allows for range of movement. There are different settings and disposal tips which really allow for you to custom map your face for what areas you want to focus and penetrate.Can’t wait to come back and update on the results hehe.

I was very skeptical about buying one of these machines on Amazon, as I use a powerful, professional plug in system daily at work. However purchased this due to good reviews. I just used this on my hubby for the first time today. He got amazing, immediate results after just one treatment! The skin got the right amount of erythema and there was some bleeding, which is normal. After his looked immediately toned and supple. I'd say this machine works as well as the pro one I use at work. However I don't know how long/well it would hold up if used all day/daily on multiple clients. I think it's great if you're looking to just use for yourself or someone else occasionally.

Wow I'm really impressed with this pen. The instructions weren't great, but that's what YouTube is for right? This pen is easy to use, quite effective, and even on the highest setting isn't very painful. This is probably because of the needle gauge. I used it on my, neck, chest, and scalp. It hurts a bit on sensitive areas like lips and undereyes, but not so much that I needed to change any settings or even take a break.My biggest concern would be infection, so I filled a fine mist spray bottle with 99% isopropyl alcohol, and sprayed the needles between areas.

I've never owned one of these, and knew nothing about them. Watched a bunch of vids and read up on the subject. I went with this device just because I needed to make a decision and get on with my day. It feels like a quality tool. There's not much for directions, but it's not needed as operation is very obvious. The needle cartridge pops into place, dial up the desired depth (which means you need look up what depth is best for your usage), and get to work. I don't do many reviews, but I did some research before getting this thing so I thought I should share. FYI: I am using it to see if it helps with hair loss (the hair loss pros say it does when used with a regime). But since I own this thing, I'm also giving it a shot on my face to see if it helps. Again, the pros say it will when used with a regime (you gotta research which regimen is right for you).BOTTOM LINE: I'd say buy it 10/10, if you're researching for a micro needling pen. It meets the specs that the pros are recommending, and after a few uses already, I still say it feels like a high quality tool. And the low price was also a plus.
