This product has helped me so much that I cannot say enough good things about it. I am in my early 40s and have been experiencing the onset of perimenopause for the past two years or so. Very irregular cycles, horrible mood swings, and awful cramping/bloating. I did not want to go the hormone-replacement route that my doctor was advocating (especially not at such an early stage) but was about to give in when I found this supplement. I don't know how or why but it works! For the first bottle, I took two pills twice daily for a month and then reduced the dosage to two pills daily for another two months (slightly lower than what they recommend on the bottle). Within about a month, I felt so, so much better. Within two months, my cycle was regular again and the horrible mood swings and bloating had stopped. I have been taking this now for about five months (I stopped for a month as recommended on the bottle and then resumed at two pills a day) and I feel like I am "back to normal." They say on the bottle to use again "as needed" after the first few months but I have found that two pills a day keeps me regular and keeps the symptoms at bay. I don't know if this will work forever but, in the short term, it has given me my life and my sanity back (and other's sanity as well, I am certain, as I was NOT pleasant to deal with!) I experienced no negative side effects from it and take it in the morning with a full two glasses of water. I am normally quite skeptical about supplements but this one works. If you're in perimenopause or even just experience irregular or painful cycles, give this a try. It's been a lifesaver for me.

This is coming from a woman that suffers from fibroids, cyst the size of softballs, and endometriosis...all this came after a myomectomy in 2014. Prior to taking the supplement when my monthly cycles would come on I would have such a great pain that it was debilitating and cause me to vomit! I've had two children, one was even 10lbs and he was delivered naturally, I've never experienced pain like this before. I have only been taking this product for a week and it's already had a tremendous impact on my period. Like many others who have reviewed, I have issues with irregular cycles and extremely heavy,painful periods (I'm talking 10 super plus tampons on a heavy day with an overnight pad as backup!). I usually pass very large clots and frequently. I usually get intense cramps to the point where I have to take lots of aspirin to help with the pain and I gain around 10 lbs of water weight.In the 9 days since I've been taking this product, my period has been significantly lighter. I've gone through half as many tampons as usual and I've had NO pain what so ever! I also haven't gained any of my usual water weight and have no bloat! This stuff is a God send!! I am trying to get my body ready to conceive soon, so I'm hoping that this will assist with that as well.

In the beginning, I felt instant relief from abdominal pain and discomfort. I was taking these supps 2 weeks before my period. Period came in like a bat out of hell!!! Great thing about using these is that I had no pre-cycle cramping but when my period came I was in the worse pain I've experienced in a very long time! Assumed It was due to some "cleaning and disposing" of "bad things" in my uterus. I didn't know what to do since I was bleeding about 3 weeks every month for the last 7 months. A girlfriend recommended the Women's Best Friend supplement. It is amazing. I started the pills while I was having a heavy flow and 3 days later, I stopped bleeding. It helped with my menstrual and my sex drive too. I will use these pills for a very long time. I didn't think that this would work. I have really heavy, horrible, painful periods and purchased the Fibro-Defense to get some relief from my fibroids. At the last minute I added this to the cart too and I couldn't be more pleased! my flow is lighter, periods are less painful and the HUGE clots that I used to get are much smaller. I've only been using this for less than a month (hence the one star less) and haven't yet seen what long term use can achieve but I'm truly happy about this product

This is a fabulous product for Uterus and fibroid. My menses went totally to normal second cycle. Fibroid gone, no more heavy menses. It completely regulates your system. I actually felt it when it was working all of its wonders. I am expecting with the assistance of continuing to take these and and supplements I am taking in assisting with my pregnancy. I was told I had two blocked tubes, and scarring, and a fibroid in May 2015. Fibroid gone, can't wait to see what miracles happen next. Will keep you posted. I would recommend this for all your Uterus needs. Give it time to do it's thing and you will see a difference too. This is a legitimate review by someone who really cares and gives honest feedback.
