Herbivore - Natural Sea Mist Texturizing Salt Spray (Coconut, 8 oz)

I love this product and the way it leaves my hair wavy! it works like magic! My only complaints- I am all for glass packaging BUT, not in my bathroom! I dropped my first bottle and it shattered all over my tile bathroom floor and I was so bummed- before I even got a chance to use it. Second- it seems really pricey for the ingredients listed, but it smells WONDERFUL and it works WONDERFULLY! I spray it in my hair after my shower right before bed and sleep with my hair wet and when I wake up I have amazing wavy beauty look without any effort- the spray does it all!

I ordered this product because I adore the smell at the beach. When I want to just put some curl in my hair, I spray it on my wet hair and crunch it into curls, without combing the curls will stay - and I have found that it is the perfect setting lotion for my hair. I roll my hair and just spray a bit on the ends before I clip in place. It Smells Wonderful!! But the fragrance does not linger - once it dries it disappears.

Smells nice...but very expensive. My bottle arrived with about 20% of the product “missing” due to leakage (plastic wrap was wet). It has a very pleasant scent, but the price is really too high for the small amount. I wanted to try this out before deciding wether to purchase a bigger bottle. The bigger bottle is a better value for the money, but the product did not make much of a difference in my hair and the smell disappeared right away.... so I will not repurchase.

The smells fantastically lavender, pure and clean. It does not leave hair crunchy, but it does help it hold a beachy wave. I have received many conpliments on my hair since using Sea Mist, and people ask if my hair is naturally wavy (which it is NOT).

A few things:(1) I have slightly wavy Asian hair and it takes MANY sprays onto damp, towel dried hair to get this product to have a noticeable effect. Luckily, there's a lot of product in the bottle, and each spray hardly uses up anything. The mist is very fine, which I like a lot, it makes the spray easier to control.(2) I bought this in the scent lavender, and it smells wonderful! The fragrance is most strong, however, when you spray it, and it lingers for five minutes at most. Great if you want to wear a scent over it, but I was hoping for something stronger with greater lasting power.

I really like this hair mist. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 is because the smell is pretty strong and not as light as the lavender version. I like coconut smelling stuff a lot but it's a little overwhelming if sprayed on my dry hair and smells strong for hours. If I use it when my hair is wet, the scent dries with my hair and is light and airy. I'll probably switch back to the lavender scent after I finish this bottle.

I have naturally wavy and frizzy hair. I've tried many types of products from many different brands, from mousse to gel to wax, etc. Then I went in the ocean and watched how my hair dried to its natural curl/wave and thought I'd try a sea salt spray. I wanted cruelty-free and found this product. I absolutely love it. I'm never usually one to let my hair dry naturally - it never looks good. I have very thick hair and this spray works wonders with it. I will spray it when it's still wet and had a few minutes to air dry. When it's almost dry I usually will just put half of it in a clip (it's so thick that I hate to wear it all down) and it looks so nice. It's the perfect natural wave and even though it's a bit frizzy, it looks like a maintained frizz (if that makes sense?). I highly recommend this product and will be stocking up on it.

I have only used this once, but after having tried many other similar formulations, I know this is the one for me. It must be their particular percentages of the ingredients compared to others with similar ingredients, but for my fine blonde hair (meaning I can not use anything too heavy or it shows, but anything too light and it does nothing) this works perfectly.

Works amazing. Smell is a bit overwhelming, but given my sense of smell is so keen its probably a light scent for most people. My hair is naturally wavy and just a little bit of this brings the curls back the next day. Also gives great volume if sprayed on dry hair.
