I was skeptical with the gimmicky name but I was desperate for relief. I was in pain for days. I tried Tea tree oil, a different salve, and boil ease and nothing was working. I was also doing warm compresses and nothing was helping. Touching it made me see stars. I was seriously about to go to the ER because of the pain and not being able to get it to drain on its own. Then I saw this product and all the great reviews. I was so desperate that I didn’t mind that it was a bit pricey. It arrived yesterday. I immediately put it on with some gauze covering it. It definitely eased the pain. There is a scent but it’s not a bad scent at all and it is not noticeable to others around me like the tea tree oil is. It melts into your skin and makes it feel so nice so my initial thoughts were that it was good quality. I was just so happy that I could finally sit without seeing stars. Before bed I went to check the gauze and it had just started to drain. I went to wipe it and clean it up before covering it again before bed and it immediately drained so much! (Disgusting, I know) so I showered to make sure everything was clean from it draining. I patted it dry and since it was still oozing a bit and I covered it with gauze again. When I woke up this morning I went to change the gauze and it had drained a lot more over night. So I cleaned it up again and put some more on and covered again. This stuff really does work well and is worth the higher price. I even shared it with a friend who suffers from these as well. This stuff is a life saver.

Since his flare-ups only happen about every six months, we needed something that would last. Knowing this is made with handmade ingredients and is safe for the skin gives me extra peace of mind. I highly recommend this product to anyone dealing with flare-ups. It’s now something we’ll always keep on hand.

I have tried everything possibly imaginable to help me with my cysts caused by HS.. clindamycin, tretinoin, steroids, everything. Its a pain in the ass when trying to get a Drs appt when i active flare up because appts can be up to 3 weeks from today which sucks!!! I've tried home remedies and I've gotten less but nothing has helped once i have a cyst until i bought this. I saw it on tik tok and decided to try it and i am sooooo glad i did! I personally do not like the smell but that is the LEAST of my worries, i apply it 2x a day on cyst or wound and it clears up in about 3 days!!! I am beyond amazed and relieved that something so popular and trendy worked especially when it just looks like oily beeswax.. i dont know what it is but this is a godsend and if you struggle with HS then you understand the struggle. I was skeptical but now i plan on stocking up before they sell out or something. Its pricey but again at least it works!

Some folks say this doesnt work, but man did it work well for me!!! Ordered it for a large boil in a sensitive spot. It took the pain away overnight & its already shrinking. Also used it on a couple of persistent rough patches of skin & they cleared overnight! Love this stuff! And all natural

I have to give this a four star. It really does work. I had a painful boil/cyst on the inner thigh and I can honestly say that after using this stuff it started to slowly go away within the 5th time of applying it. Although I can feel it working, it was just not fast enough for me. Over time I know it will work more. It’s like butter, it melts with your body (fingers) heat to apply it. What I don’t like about it, is the price, and the quantity (my personal opinion). But I do see why you don’t need a giant tub of this, yet it does seem like it would last if you don’t break out like I do, in which case I feel like I would need to keep buying, and at $30 for such a little amount, I knew it would be a once in a while buy (because I’m cheap lol). With that being said, I ended up getting a small rash from an allergic reaction in my armpit, and I tried mymagichealer (MMH) and again, it felt like it was working but it would take a long time for it to truly help, and I’m sure it wasn’t meant for rashes, but I tried it anyway. The reason I brought that up was because since that felt like it would work, it made me look on Amazon to see if MMH has anything for rashes and ended finding Owell Naturals Draw Salve!!! I started using that on my rash and my boil/cyst, and (I’m sorry MyMagicHealer) that stuff is a miracle! MMH helped. BUT Owell Naturals Draw Salve worked 10x better!! The rash is going away with proper cleaning, application of the draw salve and blah blah, but that boil!!! Within 3-4 days I can barely find the boil to keep applying it. MMH I felt it would’ve taken at least two weeks to see the boil go down, compared to Owells in 3-4 days it’s almost gone (still healing and scaring but it shrunk! And I’m in no pain). I’ve suffered from boils and cysts since I was a teen, around my waistline and inner thighs. MMH does help, but Owells is the magic ticket🤙🏽 Both work! But Owells works faster and better. MMH is around $25-$30, while Owells was on sale for $9 I believe, with an original price in the $12-$15 range. I’ll check what I paid for it after this. Hope this helps those who suffer like me!

The creme overall is exactly doing what the vendor says it does - protects against flare ups by calming down the flare up area - notably good against HS/Hidradenitis Supporativa, and the good thing it is not alcohol base which helps. The creme has a good smell no foul odors, would recommend 🎉👍.

Update- July 2026: I am JUST now finishing this one and it’s almost a year later. About a month and a half shy of a year. My HS is mild, so it may not last the same for others. But I will be purchasing it again. It really does keep my flares manageable. MOST go away completely after just a couple days of applying this morning and evening. I have had some stubborn ones though. I will say, others mention this helping with drainage. I haven’t experienced that, personally. Mine just get smaller and go away, but I guess that’s a good thing? I’m not sure. Anyways, I completely recommend this product and I am SO GRATEFUL to have found it. I wish I would have known about it 10 years ago! August 2025: I have been waiting to review this item because I wanted to give thorough and genuine feedback, which I knew would require some time to actually use the product and wait for results. I have been using this product for 1 week. I have applied it at least once a day, sometimes 2 times a day. IT WORKS!! I was recently having a flare of my HS and I had a very stubborn one that wasn’t going away, was painful and big. I noticed a difference within 2 days but at this 1 week mark, it’s almost completely gone. The bump itself is gone, but I’m still dealing with some discoloration from it, but no pain! I applied it to 5 in total, only 1 of them are still slightly there, but it’s a smaller one. I am VERY HAPPY with this product. As we all know, it’s a small amount for the price BUT it truly doesn’t take much. I could see this lasting me about 4 months or so. Which isn’t bad. The smell is very fresh, lavender and natural smelling. Great quality with the packaging. I do not have any complaints, personally. I saw it advertised on Facebook for like a year before I finally ordered. Thankfully Amazon had it to ship quickly! I do recommend this product for level 1 HS. I can’t speak to any other use. Enjoy the relief!!

AMAZING! I bought this as a last resort, because my next resolution was the ER, and I’m so glad I made the purchase. I had a cyst behind my ear that doubled in size within a week and NOTHING I was doing was getting it to soften or drain. This amazing product came in the mail in the evening, I applied it that night. The next day, I barely touched the cyst and it immediately burst and began to drain. It’s been 2 weeks and it’s continuing to go down and heal each day, as I’m still applying the cream night and day. The negative reviews had me worried I was about to waste $35, but I have no regrets. This is better than a l&d, which is exactly what I wanted to avoid.

I have to say after trying everything with cystic acne, this product definitely makes hidden deep pimples like cystic acne come to the surface. I was relieved. It does greatly help with inflammation. It is definitely worth it.

Remarkable! Unbelievable! Wonderful! Finally, a product that actually works! I have looked far and wide - even going over continents - just to find something to relieve my poor hemmies. I've used every product under the sun and nothing has helped. My suffering has gone on for twelve years and it's been daily torture and agony. There are even times when I've thought I'd gone mad with the pain. When it arrived I was so impressed with the beautiful packaging and glass jar. You'd think there was a gorgeous scented candle in there! I felt relief the first time I used the Flare Care! I don't want to go into specifics, but anybody who is dealing with severe types of "behind" issues understands the desperation you can feel when you've run out of options. This balm is really magical. My son suffers from Hydradenitis Suppurativa and had a large, red boil inside his elbow. A course of strong antibiotics and antibiotic cream didn't clear it, and it looked really sore and inflamed. It has taken two months of applying this balm several times a day but it has finally healed up. I will still keep applying the balm to keep the boil at bay. It is very effective and I highly recommend it.

Product is amazing, it has helped my daughter a lot and the delivery super quick and reliable.
