I purchased it looked at it no idea how it worked. Well my friend is a top engineer no idea. We both had to visit our physio therapist has a few different heads for different things. 1 has the only piece that you must remove so you can fit other heads. No instructions how to move. No one had a clue. Why didn't they simply have same fitting on all. So sending it back No one person can work out how to remove it. As I said no instructions unbelievable ridiculous

I bought this from my heel foot pain which I have had for weeks which I think is plantar fasciitis. After just one session, I did not have any pain any more. Following day, the pain was hardly there, so I will do more sessions. The booklet inside does not tell you how to change the various attachments and is not very clear on how many sessions and how long but maybe it is just that I dont know how to interprete the table. It does tell you how many shocks to get and the machine counts for you. It is an amazing machine for dull pain. The session at my podiatry costs £100, so for a bit more I can do it myself at home. The machine is quite noisy so TV volume has to go up whilst I am using! I have tried it on my legs too for my cellulite. We will see what happens.

I purchased this product to use in my clinic, been using it occasionally for less than 3 months and has stopped working. I don't recommend buying this

I was a little skeptical that this would do the job, but after only one session my hip and knee pain is much reduced, and my husband's Achilles is not at all painful. For those choosing home treatment this is well made, convenient, and very easy to use.
