I love this coffee maker! I was hesitant about buying it because some people complained of over flow or coffee ground sediment in their pot when using permanent filter. READ the directions!!!! If there is sediment or it over flows, the coffee grounds are too fine. The directions say to use a medium grind coffee. I love that I can brew 3 different carafe amounts and different size cups or travel mugs. Being able to make my own iced or cold brew at home saves me money. The 12 cup carafe and the water capacity of the reservoir makes plenty of coffee for guests. The coffee tastes great, the included scoop helps brew the correct strength. The removable reservoir is easy to clean and the coffee maker cleaning directions are on the reservoir lid. I HIGHLY recommend this product!

Can’t go wrong. Second one of these we’ve gotten. First one was used daily for over 6 years and finally died. This is the replacement/never model and it is just as good if not better.

I really like this coffee pot. It did not have the k cup but I kepted it anyway bc the pot doesn't leak. I love the ice coffee option for the summer

Got this for my daughter's dorm room for college. I was so impressed with it, that I ended up wanting this coffee maker for myself! My kids bought it for me for mothers day, and I absolutely love it.

Didn’t realize it was refurbished and didn’t work

I returned this coffee maker after a couple of days. I don't know if the issues were because it is a renewed item or if these are common to the brewer. First, the maker apparently needed a cup of coffee to get going. My first cup was never 12 oz. AND it was barely warm. The second cup was 12oz. and wonderfully hot. I suspect this is an issue with the specific machine I received. Second, it works at a snail's pace. It's very slow. In our fast paced world, I'm typically one of those calling for people to slow down, but this was the slowest brewing maker I've ever had. Third, every single cup ended with the dregs of the coffee. None of my single cup brewers have ever done that. I was very disappointed with this machine. However, it looks nice, fit nicely on the counter under the cabinets, and was easy to refill. I liked the measuring spoon that has a storage place and the way the cup holder folds ou. Also the water reservoir held a nice amount of water and it was easy to program.

Debo decir que la cafetera me sorprendió mucho. Llegó en excelentes condiciones, como nueva y funciona perfecto. Me tuve que leer el manual como 5 veces, pero una vez que le agarras el truco es sencilla de operar. Las medidas de café vienen en el manual, no incluye filtro permanente, pero prepara un café increíble. Si eres amante del café, no dudes en comprarla

No mucho, pues la cafetera no traía instructivo, pensamos era algo más innovador pero sólo traía lo de siempre y es más pequeña de lo que se veía en promoción

No trae el filtro reutilizable, siempre deja agua en la bandeja aunque se programe la cantidad exacta.
