For the price, it’s a great buy, just ish they keyboard was backlit. No other complaints.

Best laptop for me
So happy with my new HP touchscreen laptop! Having arthritis in my hands and fingers sometimes makes things difficult to type on keyboard. Color is good, just wish it came in purple! Well worth what I am paying every month. The ease of a payment plan is what is important to me. I couldn't pay for it if it wasn't for the payment plan through Amazon. Battery life is far better than my tablet has. Haven't downloaded too many apps yet. I like to keep things simple in my life whenever I can. I really like the feature on the webcam where I can slide to cover it so no one can see what's going on. Sound great as is quality. I prefer HP products as opposed to other brands.

Pretty easy to set up and maintain. The keyboard could be a better quality. Some keys appear to be fading.

Good price, but I’m not happy with the screen quality
This is the third HP laptop that I’ve owned. I got 3 to 4 good years of use out of the first two machines. The price was right on this one and it has been quite functional so far. However, I am disappointed in the screen quality, and I miss not having a backlight keyboard. The screen colors are washed out and the contrast is poor compared to my previous HP.
