Are these 90 ounce food service size cans as stated in the product information?

The ones I ordered were not 90 oz size. They were 28 oz for each can. This is what I was expecting.

Is this brand without basil ?

There is no basil or other seasonings in these tomatoes.

Is the certification numbered on each can?

Yes. For example. One of mine is number 356235. Also Two seals with “crop 2018”. Excellent product.
