It’s durable as ours has been lobbed around everywhere and still works perfectly. After some “stillness”, the potato goes to sleep which preserves its battery without having to take the box out to turn it on/off.

Got this for my grandchildren 3 and 5. They thought it was hilarious. One thing I definitely loved about it was the 3 year old could both catch it and throw it well without the difficulty she has with a ball.
