Case fits perfectly on phone with great tactile feel... textured grip and buttons reflex properly.Image is a sticker, but it is recessed into the plastic on the back of case so I’m not worried about the edges peeling up. Not sure how it would hold up to water but it seems like it would be fine.The photo is more glossy than expected (see photo) but is fairly durable... I went at it a bit with my fingernail and nothing. Had it in my pocket all morning and there’s a tiny scratch but you can only see it when reflecting light from an angle on the glossy image. Only time will tell, but all cases scratch so no points off from me on that account.Overall super pleased with quality for the price. Delivery was about a week which was expected.Will buy again in future and have a feeling lots of people are going to ask how to get this product.

This was the best customized case i have ever ordered! One of the issues I have faced in the past when ordering custom cases was that the case was really weak, but this was one is so durable!!! I ordered this case in the black edge for my daughter's iPhone X as Christmas present. I was so excited by the reviews that I also ordered one for other daughter's and my iPhone XR. I received the case for the iPhone X and I was very disappointed. It is merely a black case with a glued on picture (the picture I uploaded). I could have done that myself. I am returning the case and when I get the other two I will return them as well. My guess is that the picture would get damaged from use. I currently have a clear case on my phone and I will be adding a picture under it. Will be better than this case.

I ordered this last Friday or Saturday, and came faster than expected! Would recommend a screen protector because it does not rise above the screen, but the picture looks good and it looks very sleek from the front.
