Did they change the product formulation? Updated
The first time I ordered and used it i was very happy. Then I reordered and it seems like a different product. It’s much thicker. The conditioner is very difficult to squeeze out. I have to store it upside down in the shower just to be able to squeeze it out of the bottle. Anyone else have this same issue! What changed?Update: I received an email from Wild Willies customer service. They told me that nothing has changed. They suggested adding a few drops of water and shaking it up. They are also sending out a replacement. Overall the product still works great and they’ve proven to have great customer service.
