H2Tab Molecular Hydrogen Water Drinking Tablets, 30 Count

Started using this about a year ago and love it! The original has an odd taste but after awhile you get used to it. Joints don’t hurt like they used to and my sleep has improved! I bought several packages at Christmas to give to people to try because I felt like it helped me so muchI do like the new lemon lime flavor that just came out too!

Didn’t know if it was helping until one day after drinking H2 water, I did my daily treadmill walking and was able to walk twice as long and couldn’t get my heart rate out of the light zone. I usually was on treadmill 10-15 mins and heart rate would get into the moderate to vigorous zones after 5-8 minutes. That’s when I knew it was working! A lower heart rate from my usual has been significantly lower with any other types of exercise that I participate in now. I also noticed that the colder the water is, the slower the tabs dissolve. FYI for those saying tabs can take a long time to dissolve.

I review products in my search for good products.I purchased 4 different brands and am cognizant of the residue at the bottom of my glass.I take this 3 times per day, why not.What I noticed on the 3rd day is that I was caught up with my list if things to do.No, there was no energy rush, no jitters, no speeding, I was just doing the things I had neglected and was caught up with them!Yes, I would recommend this to everyone!This has given me a baseline of which to compare the others to!My criteria's been: no sugar or sweetners, non-GMO and 3rd party tested!

Slight taste. Completely dissolves in 90 seconds. I can’t say I notice any difference in my energy or performance. I suggest taking on an empty stomach. That caused no issues but one day I took it after a meal and had really distressing digestion and burping. I am sure it works for other people, but once I use these up, I won’t try again.

Raspberry flavor is light and fruity but the plain (unflavored?) is salty tasting and not pleasant, slight grayish looking.

I started ordering these a year ago, and there were three phases:1) The tabs dissolved in about 4 min -- good2) Then they went through a phase when they were sluggish and took 6 or 7 minutes, and I almost switched to something else3) The last couple months they've been GREAT, dissolving in 2 minutes!I also love that they are unflavored

I’ve been buying these for about a year after I seen Gary Brecka on JRE. I have tried other brands but these dissolve significantly quicker, there was 1 batch I got several months ago that didn’t dissolve well but the problem seems to have been fixed. Not sure if I feel any effects from drinking H2 Tabs but I do know sometimes after work I have a massive headache that goes away after drinking it (I understand this may just be from dehydration). I cut up 2 tabs in half and throw all 4 halves in a cup of water and down it as soon as they dissolve.

I was taking a similar product for 90 days, with little change noticed. After the 3rd morning, I noticed more energy and focus. I will continue taking this product!
