It doesn't taste good at all, and if you accept this, then drink it for the benefits because it's great for the body. I add lemon and sometimes I drink it with cinnamon.

This is the first time I buy dandelion tea. I am hoping it will help with bloating and water retention from hormonal fluctuations. I wasWorried it would taste bad, but I had some today and I absolutely love it! I do like chamomile and mild green tea, and this one tops both of those as my new favorite. Time will tell if it will help with my initial reason for getting it, but the taste is good enough that I would drink it just for the taste.
