Everlast Weighted Exercise Ball

I bought this after my son's occupational therapist suggested it. She had him carry the ball to so heavy work, or even just hold it when he was upset. It helps him enormously. It's a good weight, easy to grip, and durable based on the number of times it has been dropped on my hardwood floors. Excellent price.

Price point compared to basketball sized balls was awesome. In addition to using it to toss it back and forth with my wife, I also toss it in the air and catch it. Also serves well to increase hand and forearm strength as it is small and soft enough to grip.

I wish it was a little bigger about the size of the Everlast ball but it still does the job.

The texture of this ball makes it non-slip, yet smooth to move from hand to hand. The interior weight moves slowly enough that it never gets over-balanced and rolls away. This is the perfect weighted ball to add a litle extra work to my ab workout!

This is a great weight to use with another person. My husband and I toss it to each other. good size for Moderate weight work
