Is it a pair of Left and right or only single piece

KARM Adjustable Knee Brace comes as a single piece as a lot of our customers are looking for extra support for only one of the knees. In case support is needed for both knees, please be sure to measure both of the kneecaps according to our measurement guide and size chart, because sometimes different sizes are needed. Thank you for your question and if you have any other questions, please let us know. We are happy to assist you! Team KARM

My size is 56 do i go for size 2 or 3.

Go for size 2 the velcro goes all the way round , the only negative is that it irritated the back of my knee after using it for 12 hours at work the back of my leg got so itchy but it did the job while I was on my feet all day you can have it as tight as you want without it I wouldn't have been able to work as I am a carer and work long shifts so it really helped me in that respect so I'm glad I ordered it great support and it has little gel lines on the inside so it stays in place better .

My size is 52 would I be better going for a 3

Hello! Thank you for the question! If you measured your knee from the thickest part to and got 52 cm, then KARM Adjustable Knee Brace size 2 is the best fit for you.
