It's very light. The back-lit keyboard has 2 modes of brightness. Has a thunderbolt 3 port (I think it might be 20Gbps and not 40 though but I have yet to confirm that) which also supports charging. Has an always on USB-A 3.0 port as well. The GPU is the GDDR5 variant. While browsing with brightness at max level I can easily get 6 hours out of it. Fans occasionally ramp up but they are very quiet. The fingerprint scanner does fail a few times but to work around that I just scanned 2 different parts of my finger as 2 separate fingers so now it almost always detects my finger. The drive is an NVMe SSD from Samsung. Comes with Windows 10 Pro preinstalled and a 20GB partition with drivers for the laptop stored on it. The preinstalled software is easy to remove and it didn't come with much to begin with. So far it has been a really good laptop for $630 (Price at the time I bought it from this seller, I know the price has gone up since then)The only con is the camera placement but no one really uses it that often so it's fine

Let's just get it out of the way: I highly recommend the Lenovo V720 laptop. My one caveat is that I have only had this for one week; I will post a follow-up review after I have had this laptop for a few months.I purchased this unit as a mixed-use laptop - a bridge between home and office use. It fits the bill and then some. It's not the lightest laptop available, but it's still relatively light and compact for transport and the possibility of using while on planes, trains, or automobiles. Plus, I don't like to compromise on video quality, especially when sharing screens or working on graphics heavy files. So far, it fits the bill.As far benchmarks, it meets all of the stated and promised speeds. Most people know, but not all, that the speed of your internet access affects the quality of your experience with hardware. I have high quality, fast internet service. This laptop works well.After a few more out-of-town trips, double-checking of hardware performance, and sustained use, I will post a follow-up review.Thus far, this laptop is a must buy.

My brand new laptop broke down after 1,5 years, apparently due to corrosion inside. This does not make sense as I only used it at home or in my office. Warranty had already been expired in 2018, long before I bought it. Horrible seller selling devices without warranties.

It has been a headache !!I live in Argentina. I bought it in Us and brought the computer. It just worked properly during one month and later started failing. First part of the keyboard and now nothing works. Sometimes i can even start it. There is no international warranty and the local service is very poor.

Very light, good battery life, nice finish.

I received this computer yesterday. Battery was in permanent ship mode and would not charge. Called Lenovo customer service and discovered the warranty expired in 2018 because the computer was manufactured in 2017. Could not activate the battery and Lenovo told me to return it.
