Streamlight 51064 Twin-Task 375-Lumens USB Headlamp, Box, Black/Red

I work 2nd shift and always need light. I have tried many different lights and this one has worked the best for me. It could use a few more lumens but it's been adequate.

Great that i can use it with my other streamlight batteries, get a new headband if you plan on putting it on a hardhat. I normally use the low flood mode and it lasts all day if i remember to charge it.

Just wanna throw another 5star review their way. I have had 2 of these lights 1 that I have used and abused daily for 5 years. And a spare for home use. Finally it’s starting to give out. Decided to buy another 1 but will wait till it finally dies to open the package. No complaints from me other than it being a slight inconvenience when laying on your back

The light is great. I use it everyday for my trade. The battery pack is also interchangeable with my handheld flashlight which saves space because I only require one charger. The unit is a bit heavy and would benefit from a strap that goes over and around your head. Also when working in a tight space on your back the battery pack is a bit uncomfortable when laying your head on the ground. The cable from the battery to the light is very tough as well as the battery and light housing. The battery life is beyond expectations and I enjoy the two light patterns for different tasks. I will buy this again if it ever fails. My last stream light doubleclutch headlamp lasted five years in the mechanic industry being used everyday and I expect the same or more life from this unit. Stream light please create a comfortable around and over the head strap for this light.

Flooded crawlspace, had to spend hours under the house pumping water. This light stayed on and perfectly bright on the low/wide setting. I was going to buy one of the china 20 dollar ones and I'm glad I didn't. This thing is amazing. Stream light is a known brand for a reason. Don't skimp out on a good light. You never know when there's an emergency and you need a good light you can trust.

I've had mine 6 months. It's very bright and has been perfectly reliable. To bet this brightness with throwaway cells, you'd need to use a couple of CR123 batteries; that means this is inexpensive to operate because you're not going through a lot of CR123's.As others have mentioned, the battery-in connection won't accept every USB cable. Some of mine fit, some don't. So just save the Streamlight cable, but if you lose that you don't have to buy another one from Streamlight.A few words about battery placement. It's not part of the main headlamp body; it's in a separate compartment that you will likely wear at the back of your head. It takes a little getting used to, but the advantage is it is more ergonometric because the weight is balanced front to back. This helps the headlamp stay put.
