Trouble Free
This is the 2nd one we bought now for another location after being so impressed with the first one after 3 years of use.Great product, easy to install, works great and has been completely trouble free.My only complaint with this model is the symbols on the remote, it makes it nearly impossible to know if you have it set for heating or cooling, the symbols aren’t clear and they’re so small they look like just a dot on the screen, our older Della unit was easier to see which setting you were on. Fortunately they provide a work around for this problem by just using the app on your phone.I also appreciate that it has memory and turns itself back on how you sat it after a power outage. We have this one installed in a remote building so its nice not having to go all the way to it after a power outage to turn it back on.

Great little Split system.
Great little Split system. This has just recently been installed in a sunroom. It keeps the room relatively cool with all the glass on its south and west side, but we have not gone through the Oklahoma Summer yet. The unit looks good and functions well. I like the oscillating feature of the vents that move the air around the room. I like that it is Wifi connected and the remote is very useful. (Please read the instructions on its use, as it is not very intuitive beyond turning it on and turning up the fan.) Overall (so far), I would recommend this unit. Please note that the installer had to charge the lines and vacuum the unit (Cost extra for freon and labor), total cost for installation was about $1200

condenser failed
I was excited to take advantage of cost savings from a mini-split but now I know I choose the wrong product and wrong company to purchase for. My licensed contractor installed three units, two of which the condenser had failed. I had a second HVAC person through my home warranty plan check my contractors work and confirmed that the issue is a manufacturers issue. I asked for a refund through the manual self help system online and an automatic return receipt was generated that suggested I had to pay for return shipping. I messaged Amazon and they said that we can start an A to Z claim. The A to Z claim process is very confusing because I don’t know why it was denied. At that point I decided to ship the item myself and suck up the fact that I had to pay the expensive, nearly $200 in shipping costs. When I provide the vendor the shipping information, they conveniently tell me they could have covered the shipping costs. Really?! Why not say that before when I’ve been complaining about the product over messages for over a month.

Best Customer service AAA+
The unit arrived on time but the Fed Ex personnel had damaged it during shipping . I messaged the seller and heard from them that day .Every time i messaged them they replied back with in a couple hours. I sent them a couple of pictures of the damage and they shipped me another unit no charge. I have had problems before ordering off the internet but never received the level of SATISFACTION i received with this problem. Im about to order 2 more units from them this week .The new unit arrived in about 4 days and my son and i installed it in a mobile home. Was our first time to install a mini split but after watching a couple youtube videos it took us about 4 hours but saved the thousand bucks the air conditioner guy wanted to do it .Any way the unit cools and heats just fine and you can hardly hear it when it is running .

Good mini split value
I installed this on a pool room addition 2 years ago. It keeps the temperature consistent, hot or cold. Even on the hottest day of the summer, that addition stays nice and cool. I do notice some vibration from the outdoor unit, nothing major, but if it were vibration free I'd give 5 stars.
