Works well no issues for six months

I got this USB-C extension cable to use a steam deck dock with my Samsung Galaxys22 Ultra with case. The steam deck dock had a 90° plug that would not fit my phone with the case on. I just needed a short extension that would fit my phone with the thick case. I also wanted something that could handle 100w because that's what the dock is rated. This cable worked perfectly for me. The male end of the cable fits easily into my phone, even with the case. The cable does hold up to higher wattages. I stream Samsung Dex through this, and the picture looks great. I can't comment on the transfer speeds because I have not used it to transfer files. I ended up finding a few more uses for this cable. I have a pair of USB-C wireless lapel microphones. I had the same issue with the microphone receiver that I had with the dock. It would not fit into my phone with the case on. This little extension fixed that issue. I also have a mini USB-C charger for my phone that doesn't wit with my phone case. Yup, this cable once again fixed this issue. This cable also comes in handy when I'm in laying in bed. Sometimes, I like to browse on my phone when I go to bed, but the stock phone cable is just a little too short. I used to lay in an awkward position to use my phone while it was charging. This extension gives me just enough length to lay comfortably. I've noticed some of my devices, like my hard drive, have come with fairly short cables. An extension cable is always nice to have on hand. If you have a problem with USB-C cables to fitting your phone with a case or you need a little more length, I strongly suggest getting this cable.

Does an excellent job at extending your Type C charging cable. Just plug the male end from the cable you wish to extend into the female end of this cable and then you can attach the male end of this to your device. Nice thick braided cable. I saw a review mention you can not use this cable to transfer data. This is not true. I just transferred photos and videos from my phone to my pc with this extension cable, no problem. After connecting your Android phone swipe down on your phone screen and select the option "USB for file transfer" and then "transferring files/Android Auto" to be able to access the phone drive on your pc. You can then explore, drag and drop files from your phone to a folder on your pc. There is a warning on this cable that advises you to flip the connections of the cable over if the cable doesn't perform as expected. This is due to compatibility issues with USB-C protocols. To simplify, if the cable doesn't work right, remove the cable, flip the connection over to the other side and then plug in again. This is a very short cable but it's just an extension. It still performed quick charging (it is rated at 100 watts) and I found it to be a good, solid extension cable.

I ordered this Thsucords USB C Extension Cable, because my laptop has a single USB Type-C port. And this cable serves as an extension of that USB Type-C port, which it’s located in a place that it isn’t easy to access for connecting devices into it. I also like that this USB Type-C extension let me easily connect another devices to my laptop, and is compatible with my phone, and my tablet. It's a great way to backup data from both devices by connecting a Flash drive with a USB Type-C connector.

Power banks are so heavy, and with just a USB-C male to be plugged directly into a device a lot of strain is placed on both the plug and the slot. I got this short extension cord to solve that problem. It works like a charm. This cable is in the medium price tier. The woven cover is not as smooth as the higher tier cables, but it is tough and protective. There is essentially no head joint protection, but bending should not be a major problem with a cord this short. I am sure other uses will be discovered in the future. A rating of 5 for a mid-tier priced extension cord for close up work. I would recommend this short cord to a friend.

I have a USB-C hub which has a cord that is just a little too short for where I want it to reach. Saw this and this looked like exactly what I needed to solve this problem. It appears to be well made and the connectors on each end are solidly attached to the cord. The cable itself has a very nice braided texture to it and looks great. After attaching it to my hub, ran some speed tests on the USB 3 SSD storage device I had and the results are pretty much exactly as the numbers I had before using the extension. So I'll take that a successful test of the cables performance.

Stopped working 2 months of usage. Nothing outside of charging and transferring data and it didn't last.
