Letraset AquaMarker Set, Set No.1 (12 Colours)

Bought as a gift for a friend who enjoys card marking for a hobby. She already has the Letraset Pro Markers but had bought a few of these Aqua Markers to try out. They are excellent for producing a water colour effect especially if you want to blend colours or give that faded look. Good range of colours in this pack and the excellent addition of the BLENDER pen. Recommended use on heavy card stock or water colour paper for best results but can work well on some cheaper / lighter papers. Use with water brushes and results are superb. Colours can be quite strong so only use a little ink and blend with pen or water. Excellent service from seller and arrived within expected time frame. Ideal starter pack for those wanting to add colour to their pencil sketches while out and about for a days drawing.

A very good product, I make greeting cards, and these Aqua pens are ideal for colouring stamped pictures, they blend very well, and a blender pen is included in the package, I have seen these pens at a much higher price elsewhere, very satisfied with my purchase, which arrived within two days.

Fairly good.. Don't last very long though

I've been meaning to buy these for a while and I'm so happy with the way these work. These are perfect for illustrations as they aren't too harsh and the use of water helps blend out colours. Highly Recommend! I'm going to get Set 2 as well (that's how good they are)!

Fantastic pens but takes a while to get a hang of the blending element of it.

The red pen is dried. I am really disappointed!

Terrible product unfortunatley,some pens dried out others leaking,and a few the whole unit comes apart when you try to remove the lids.

These are good for colouring and painting (using a water brush to bleed the colours) if I can't be bothered to get the paints out. I like them a lot but I don't love them - and I find that the original line made by the pen still looks like a line made by a pen.

really nice and juicy. great for watercoloring after with a brush.

These came about two weeks ahead of schedule. They are wonderful, vibrant and wet markers. The water colour effect when used is fantastic also. These pens are quite versatile. I can see myself collecting more shades. One thing to note, the opposite nibs on each pens are slightly different shades of the same colour. This is actually great, in my opinion. Shades, and hilights!

Ces feutres sont très agréables à utiliser, ils sont très pratiques pour les gens qui aiment les aquarelles mais n'ont pas toujours la possibilité de prendre leur palette avec eux. On peut dessiner, mélanger les couleurs grâce au feutre blender, et si on veut un effet aquarelle plus marqué, il suffit de passer un coup de pinceau. Sans eau, les feutres n'ont pas un aspect parfait d'aquarelle, juste des feutres aux couleurs douces, avec une intensité plus ou moins forte selon si l'on passe une fois ou plusieurs fois de le feutre (très pratique pour faire des ombres !).Je suis ravie de mon achat, je recommande !

Disappointed, should have listened to the reviews. Most were dry, one had the tip stuck in the cap separated from the pen. Good thing it was dry. Half had no color sticker on the top of the marker...used? Was trying to use with a water brush, didn't even finish the painting, too much trouble.

For the most part the markers were fine except for two. One marker leaked into the package a fair bit and another marker had a dried out tip on the large marker end.
