What a great shake. I make a shake each morning with skimmed milk and it is lovely, thick and creamy. Packed with vitamins this shake is a great way to start your day. Good value for money also. I don't use it as a slimming shake but it does maintain my weight and keeps me full until lunchtime. Easy to use as a scoop is included so a shake can be prepared in minutes.

Love this brand for meal replacement shakes.Easily mixed in a shaker bottle.Lovely texture & flavours.I've lost 4 stone in a year using this only, I eat a high protein meal twice a week, I fast daily from 6pm to 12 midday & walk every other day. I do snack & have the odd takeaway but I stick to my eating hours of midday to 6pm. I don't always eat daily.I break my fast with a double shake mixed with either water as it has milk powder in the ingredients or skimmed milk or half water & half milk for lower calorie intake.Tastes delicious!

I'm really not keen on most, the coffee one is okay, but has a licorice twang to it 🤷‍♀️ I don't mind that but some might. I thought I'd like the biscoff one but its SO sweet.Got a nice think fullnessIt has helped me lose weight along side healthy meal choices. I've found removing 2 meals has helped me from grazing. I also make myself a weighed nut, seed & dried fruit mini box to keep me going between shakes that helps.I will continue to buy this, but also tey new flavours incase they make a better one.I personally prefer to see photos from a customer's purchase before I make a purchase myself, so I include photographs with my reviews. This is partly because I have sent gifts in the past and been disappointed by poor quality or cheap looking packaging that wasn't obvious from the product photos.I tend to keep my reviews fairly simple beyond this unless there is something specific worth mentioning. Otherwise, I may briefly cover the basic points suggested by Amazon's review prompts that I think other shoppers would find useful.I only give 5 stars if an item is truly exceptional, whether that's due to outstanding quality, craftsmanship, presentation, or because it exceeds my expectations. In the past, I would give 5 stars whenever I was satisfied with a purchase, but I realised that wasn't always the most helpful way to review products.A 4 star rating from me is still a positive review and does not necessarily mean there is anything wrong with the item. It simply means that I was happy with my purchase, while reserving 5 stars for products that genuinely stand out. 👍🏻

I have 2 of these chocolate meal replacement drinks. 1 at breakfast and the 2nd at lunch. So far I have lost 2 stone since January 2026. Do not do 3 a day or else you will be ill. I did this in the past, and I was ill for a while. Take care 😊

These are a lot cheaper than other varieties and been around a long time, but the taste is a bit bland. Good for skipping one or two meals . I prefer them with semi skimmed milk rather than skimmed. A shaker cup is a good idea.

Tastes great and it is filling.
