The units work great. However i have an ear piece that you cant hear well from. How can i get that one replaced. It doesnt produce much sound

Pairing in general and pairing the 4th headset seems to be problematic?

I can't pair the 4th unit either, no help from the mfg or youtube , we can only use 3 at a time, we use them for refereeing soccer.

These are 2 different models referee headsets. The functions are almost the same. Just pairing method is different.

how do I get replacement headphone earclips? one of mine snapped the first time I put it on, and I'm sure more will snap in the future.

The headset that comes with it is not ideal. I bought one of the replacement headsets that has a 90 degree connection and has a different ear piece. They work much better. Other people that I know will use medical tape and tape the mic to their cheek near their earlobe to hold it in place.
