Very cute, it's exactly what it looks like in the photo.I dressed up as a purger with my boyfriend and it looked really good.Fair warning, you can see your butt and whoha unless you wear shorts underneath.The only reason I have given it one less star is because it is extremely uncomfortable, the waist is not very stretchy and cuts the circulation to my legs.

This was pretty much a circle of elastic with white and grey mesh looped through it. It did not have a "waistband" sewn on it like many tutus you find. It would be very easy to make this yourself and you would definitely get the same (if not better) results.
