I took it for two months. At the beginning of the second jar, my knees started hurting badly and I began having spasms in the left side of my chest, where the muscle kept contracting. No other changes in terms of physique or strength. I won’t be ordering it again.

Felt absolutely nothing taking this. No idea who this is for but doesn't do anything for testosterone. Nothing else felt better either
