Easy to read
Unlike the digital tire pressure gauges I've owned, this one produces results every time, instead of zero readings on the first or second try. It's easy to read, and was checked for accuracy by Consumer Reports.

Inexpensive, Manual Tire Gauge w/ Extra Caps
I had purchased an electronic tire gauge, and though it was fine. . . . The battery died after a year, and I didn't want to have to keep replacing the batteries. I've always used the manual tire gages, and so that's what I went back to. Problem was, I had lost my "old" one, so was looking for a replacement. This one fit the bill, especially due to cost. One thing I really like about this one is the extended "head" so when you're checking the pressure, you're not losing air because your hand isn't centered. The extra caps are nice too, because I tend to lose one every now-and-then too.

Accurate
I purchased 3, all of which read the same compared to each other and compared to an expensive dial type gauge. Very happy to find an inexpensive pencil type gauge.

MUCH BETTER THAN MOST CHEAP GUAGES
Works fine and seems to be made of steel rather than aluminum like most cheap gauges. I had a cheap 2 sided one and tried to use it a couple days ago and it wouldn't move. This 4 sided one is easier to read. To the other reviewer: if you are getting different consecutive readings it's because you are not applying it correctly.Good price for a seemingly well built gauge. With Amazon Prime I ordered it Saturday and had it at my door Monday morning from Ontrac. The extra caps are a nice touch.

Buyer beware...Only goes to 50 PSI.
The product description does NOT include this information anywhere. My mini-spare tire is 60 psi. When I tried to return it, the shipper insists I pay return postage. They need to provide thorough and accurate info. A picture of the product in the package clearly shows the psi. It may work fine for what it is, but does not meet my needs.
