Easy to adjust the temperature.

We've tried other lpg tankless water heaters and we just thought they all operated the same. We were wrong... This water heater works so effortlessly. The install was straightforward, I was able to use standard PVC pipe for the exhaust, it barely uses any gas and it keeps the water temp steady for us. It runs our washing machine, shower, sinks, etc. Never has any problems heating the water and the gas lasts for a long time. I had to temporarily set it up using a regular bbq tank while getting our propane lines run, and we never ran out of gas in over a month. Called to ask about using PVC for the exhaust and the support tech knew exactly the temps to watch for and let us know just to make sure that the PVC was solid core and not the cellular core. I used the PVC as an exhaust but I was skeptical. I continually monitored the exhaust temp in the PVC and it has never come close to being too warm. I don't worry about it anymore.Don't bother with the cheaper units, just get this one and be done with it.

Takes a long time to start making hot water

When our tankless water heater went out I wasn't sure what we were going to do. We definitely couldn't spend $3000.00 again. We use well water and the pressure to the house isn't very strong. We were barely able to adjust the temperature on our previous heater and it broke the bank.......not this one. It's amazing!! My husband can take his hot showers and I can finally take a fabulous warm shower.....not burning, not freezing but warm. I can confirm their claim about the low pressure temperature control. It works the same even in the sink farthest from the heater. It even heats the water in less than a minute. I can't say that about our old expensive one. I would definitely recommend the EZ Ultra HE Propane (LPG). Thank you for providing a product that just about anyone can afford.

This water heater is awesome! We have it very accessible under the kitchen sink so we can change the settings for what we need. No problems hearing the water hot enough in the dead of New England weather.We don’t have a hot water tank with this, but we’ve never run out of hot water.My only complaint is that when trying to cool the water temp by turning on cold water, it’s very iffy and seems like the water heater also adjusts and changes temp.We just control the front panel temp settings and only use hot water without adding cold. A little annoying, but maybe I set it up wrong?Been using it for a year and still loving it.

Gives me all the hot water I need in my 12x70 Mobile Home. Called their customer service before this large purchase to feel them out. Very professional and quick to answer my questions regarding the appropriateness for my needs, and fitting needs and sizes. Thanked me for my call and encouraged me to call if I needed them in the future!

To be 100% upfront I did not buy this product but I really wanted to. I did all the research and the features looked so good and so did the fact this is a American company. so I downloaded the manual from there web site and that's were a lot became glaringly obvious.1: This unit displays only in Celsius (parts made over sea's and assembled here)2: If you install this yourself you've voided your warranty.... Unless your state certified and if your buying this from Amazon chances are good you are not. The Picture is from the manuel avaliable on there web site.Rinnai honors there warranty for self installers if they are done correctly and that's why they will get my money

This has been the best water heater I've ever owned. It's just me and my wife in our home and this heater has met all of our expectations. Installation was a breeze and it just does its thing. Temps are easy to set and change if need be. Water gets warm quick and stays warm and consistent!
