Works as advertised.
It's only been in my computer for about a week, but so far it's working well.

So far, so good...cust service a little iffy.
I thought my laptop was messed up...bought it used from a local PC 'repair' guy. Supposedly had a new battery and transformer/charger. I kept having problems with it not acting quite right. Then when I got the latest Win 10 Pro upgrade, all of a sudden, it showed the battery level as really low, then it went to zero..Then the laptop just would not boot, and no lights showed. So I got this battery and plugged it in, not wanting to fight with the repair guy, who would probably charge me more to 'diagnose' it than the battery cost. It started right up, but kept showing the battery at a low charge, then it did the same thing...dead laptop. So, after some research I bought a new cable, which was also around $20 and after leaving it overnight, the battery charged up to 100% and has stayed there. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five, is that when I wrote to customer care, asking why it wouldn't go above 70% (before I got the new charger), and asked what to do, they told me I may have to 'condition' the battery, which was useless info, So I thought they misunderstood the question when I asked HOW to do it.

Poor battery life.
1.5 hours is all i get on a full battery.

Works, and at reasonable price
This replacement battery works as promised so far. I've only had it for a short while, but it brought my ailing Asus laptop back to life. The price is a good value, so if it works for at least a year I will be satisfied.

Poor product for the price
I use this battery to power up my older asus laptop computer. The one thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t last long . Tried everything.

So far so good 👍
Had for 2 weeks now. No issues. Came mostly charged. Charges as expected. Works as well as original 🔋.
