Excellent value for money IR controller hub for home automation - Supports Amazon Alexa as well as Google Home
I purchased this product to be part of my Home Automation project powered by Google Home (even though the support for Google Home is not listed here).Pros:1. Attractive pricing - cost me around 1.6k INR2. Compact form factor - It's smaller than a tea cup3. microUSB port - No need to have one more generic adaptor in your house, it can take power from any USB port4. Supported by Amazon Alexa as well as Google HomeCons:1. Intelligent Home Center (IHC app) does not seem to completely support this device yet; it has to be setup by e-Control app first and then added in IHC app - Hope this is something Broadlink addresses in future2. List of remotes supported out of the box is very limited; so you have to train most of the remotes by yourselfThose who want to make it work with Google Home, should follow these steps:1. Install "e-Control" (by Broadlink) app from Playstore as suggested in the manual - register with your email/phone number2. Setup your RM mini 3, no need to add any remotes at this point3. Install "Intelligent Home Center" (IHC by Broadlink) app from Playstore, and login with same details as you registered above4. Add RM mini 3 from devices available in IHC app; for some reason, you can not skip step 1-2 before doing this (must be some bug). You will not require the e-Control app after this again, though it would not hurt keeping it5. Go in RM mini 3 that was added, and tap on "Add appliance"; this will allow you to configure new remotes/appliances. You might have to train your remote here if appliance is not supported out of the box, follow on screen instructions properly to do this.6. Create Scenes in IHC app; these scenes are what Google Home will see (and not individual remotes) - Scene are nothing but actions to be performed on appliances - refer to scene screenshot7. Once Scenes have been setup, visit Home Control section of your Google Home app to add a new device8. Select "Broadlink Smart Home", it will direct you to Broadlink login page.9. Enter login details with which you have registered; once logged in, you will see all the scenes that you have setup. Any new scenes OR modification to existing scenes will directly reflect in Google Home automatically. The integration part is complete at this point. If your scene name is for eg "Sleep mode" (can activate AC temperature, turn TV off etc), then you can execute that scene by telling Google to "Activate Sleep mode"The general syntax after OK/Hey Google is "activate <scene name>"You can simplify this further by using Shortcuts in your Google Home app.I have attached some screenshots to help you understand what/how I have configured this. Please upvote this review if you find it helpful.

Best Ir controller!
Dont hesitate this is undoubtedly best ir hub for this range and app works surprisingly well.Alexa has a few hiccups but works fine 80% of the time.Only feature that doesn’t work is you cant turn off/on multiple things(like alexa group) but not at all a deal breaker.

No compatible with Alexa in India
Product is okay, but, doesn't work with Alexa in India. Advertisement/ Listing is misleading. There is no skill listed in Alexa either. It has geographical restrictions

Alexa ends in saying not responding 7 in 10 times
Home automation with this device is only for Infra red controlled device.Defining scene in this device is good and works perfectly, but with Alexa it doesn't work perfectly. Should be application or interface problem with Alexa. Most of the time Alexa ends in saying not responding. It's not compatible with Bluetooth controlled remotes like MI tv or firetv.Turn on/off and volume up and down will work for sure. Finally u feel much better operating through remote.
