Great flavour
Started carnivore diet, these definitely helped didn't get Keto flue and have kept me hydrated , easy to mix good taste smell nice good quality products use them all the time

Hydrates well but not the best flavour.
Very salty compared to other brands. A bit overwhelming so. The berry flavour is extremely subtle. More tolerable in a huge amount of water with squash. Does the job though.

Great Product
I’ve tried a few of these and this one is by far the most elite. I use unflavoured and mix it with my clear whey. I like the salty taste it adds to the whey. Great for fasting as well.

Taste bad
These taste absolutely awful! They are natural but wow it tastes like adding salt which sure is a part but we chose electrolytes like this for the flavour or lack thereof if you have "unflavoured"

Don’t travel without them!!
When I travel I tend to sweat a lot. So first thing in the morning I take a Hunter & Gather Restore sachet in water. It helps keep my body salt, ECT. where they should be and reduces potential to cramp.
