Great for teachers
I take the Nature's Bounty at the start of the school year to help me fight off whatever is coming my way (I'm a teacher), and I do notice a difference. I do combine it with the same brand's zinc, but between the rose hips, and C, I feel like I have a fighting chance against whatever comes in. Solid value for the money, also causes no stomach upset.

Easy to take and a good value for the price. The tablets are a decent size and seem well made. I havenโt noticed any dramatic changes, but it works well as part of my daily routine. Overall, a solid vitamin C supplement.
