I liked the look , the assembling was easy, I was very careful not to press on the cables that go inside the long tube while putting the handles together. I took my time to get it done , I didn't rush the process and was very easy only had to do it once and it worked perfect. I love my scooter. I got the one that only goes 15 miles speed, and it does. The range is 15 miles distance average, I have done usually only 5 miles each trip so yeah the battery lasts about 10- 15 miles depending on the terrain, your weight, and use of lighting or not. . If there are slops then it uses more energy. If you ride at night, the bright safety lights use more energy so obviously is going to use battery energy. I have had no problems at all in the time I have had it which is about 3 months. I recommend it for quick short rides. One thing I wish it was possible is to be able to have 2 batteries and exchange them so that you dont get stranded. But this one has the motor and battery sealed, so you have to calculate the distance and time you will need to use it. I only have to go to work like one mile from home so for me it just perfect. I had done several errands with one charge of the battery around the small town I live in at the moment. I highly recommend this scooter brand. It is awesome for taking it to the park and just have fun ridding it. It has an alarm , and it works well , a code to lock it, of course I have a chain too. Get it! If you need more distance I think they sell one with longer range and speed to a higher price. Hope this helps.

We got this scooter for my son. His sister also had a Wheelspeed and it seemed like a good brand.After less than 3 months, the clip which holds the bike in an upright position broke, meaning the bike would NOT stay upright and was unusable. This happened to him as he was riding the scooter and caused him to fall.Because the scooter was under a warranty, I attempted to contact the company. All I needed was a new clip and the scooter would be just fine! It was a very small piece that could have just been screwed into place. But, this is where things went crazy.Depending on where you look, there are at least 3 different email addresses for WheelSpeed! I emailed all three of them with absolutely no response. I also filled out a contact request form on their website, with no response. I attempted to call the phone number listed on the site and was told the number is out of service! After all of this, I called Amazon to see if there was anything they could do. They told me I had to return the entire scooter (in a BOX) for a refund. So I had to hunt down a box big enough to contain a 40lb scooter, and haul it to my local UPS store.After Amazon had recieved the scooter, they decided to only issued me PARTIAL refund (despite the fact that this scooter was "under warranty") claiming that there was a "restocking fee" of $50. So, they are charging me $50 to "re-stock" a scooter that cannot be ridden???Highly suggest NOT ordering anything from Wheelspeed!!

The media could not be loaded. I have no previous knowledge of electric scooters; however, I must say I absolutely love this scooter. It folds, so it’s convenient if you have to carry it (although I would recommend locking it instead). It is a little big, but I love everything about it. It has a digital display where you can see how fast you’re going and total mileage. Takes about 4 hours to fully charge but it will last you a while. This scooter has been such a convenience for university. I would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase an e scooter!!

This is just as you’d expect speed wise the only thing is going up hill is really slow mostly manual. The assembly was easy as long as you have enough screws. Battery life- 1 full charge last about 5/6 hours if you are turning it off between rides. It does fold down but it doesn’t stay stable enough to carry.

We bought this scooter for our son 11/2023 for a Christmas present. Within 5 months of having it, the back inner tube and tire went flat. We bought a new tube and tire to replace but it's been IMPOSSIBLE to take the panel off to replace items. This company only offers an email address but no customer service phone number. The only thing they're offering is an utube video which has been no help. It seems it was poorly put together. There are multiple sizes of screws that were used and we have not been able to remove some. I would definitely check out other scooters

This seems to be like an excellent scooter for anyone under I’d say MAX 160lbs at best. I’m 215 and this scooter struggled on flat land! I couldn’t go faster than 7mph and don’t even get me started on uphill! The features are pretty cool and the scooter seems to be an okay quality. However the motor just wasn’t strong enough for an average sized man riding it. I don’t see how they can call these “adult scooters” when a normal adult couldn’t ride it.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love the scooter itself. It drives wonderfully. It’s very easy to use. It’s lightweight foldable you can carry if you’re bringing it somewhere with you or you need to put it in your vehicle. It takes a couple hours to charge but once it’s fully charged, believe it or not, the scooter will go for a good amount of miles before it runs out of a full battery. I also have not driven it until it’s gone completely dead best purchase ever. !
