Wanted one of these, but living in the south couldn't see the benefits. The original was too expensive. And we don't get that cold down here. Then my neighbors bought one, and we sat around drinking and toasting marshmallows. I was sold within minutes. Then, when I found it cheaper on Amazon, it was an immediate buy.I've used it a couple of times to sit outside with friends and neighbors. Haven't cooked on the grill yet but it seems sturdy enough. Easily supported enough wood to make a roaring fire. I probably had it filled a 3rd of the way when I started the fir,e and it didn't sag one bit, so while it is very light, it is also very sturdy.Packing it up is easy. It's in its little bag out in the garage right now. My only concern would be rust if I left it out in the rain.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Purchased mainly for camping, so portability was a must.The way it packs down and stores in the bag worked out very well.Seems to be solid and well built. Legs are sturdy. Works well at reducing smoke and keeping a firing burning with no need to adjust or poke. And burns everything complete, leaving just ash.Put off a good amount of warmth seated at about 5ft. And didnt harm the grass below.

This stoves works very well.when it arrives and you go to put it together you will need a drill to drill out the rivets they use to hold everything together during packing. Other than that I would definitely recommend it

Not what I expected, was more!! Easy to put together, no smoke, very portable

It got here when Amazon said it would. Yea. Fired it up and it works great. I put it out on the lawn first to see how it handled grass. No dead grass. I'm thinking it would be just great on my wood deck. Any negative thought on that would be welcome from those who have already purchased it. Those who haven't purchased it I'm not interested in your opinion.

Good smokeless fire pit. Easy to put together, works well! portable.

Arrived quickly and works great. There was a lil bit of smoke but much better than what we had before.

This is an excellent product at a very reasonable price point.It performs well, and is of good quality.I like the design, it breaks down and nests together into a smaller package.The 17 inch size is perfect for our travel trailer.Keep in mind, no wood burning pit is truly ‘smokeless’, it would be better said that it is ‘smoke less’.Some people belly ache about smoke, they should use a gas fire pit, or stay indoors.
