don’t buy these without the silicone ring guards….. they shouldn’t be sold without them honestly. getting pinched constantly is so uncomfortable

I mean it is what it is but I think these silver cups are over hyped in general.

I’ve been exclusively pumping now for 5 weeks since my daughter is in the NICU. I was experiencing horrible burning/pain in my nipples, especially after pumping and at night. My nipples would turn white, turns out I was getting vasospasms of the nipple. Even the lactation specialist had to look up possible remedies for me, none of which had helped. These saved my nipples!! The first month of breastfeeding is hard and painful. I wish I knew about these before. My nipples were sore and cracked. I would wear them at night and if my baby slept longer my breasts would get pretty full that was the only time these because a little uncomfortable but all worth it! This saved my nipples and significantly improved my breast feeding journey!
