I brought the Globlinker portable Wi-Fi device with me to Greece and Turkey, and it worked flawlessly from the moment I turned it on. The internet connection was fast and reliable. I was even able to request Ubers easily while exploring both countries. The device is lightweight, compact, and very easy to use. Everything is clearly displayed on the screen, and setup was simple. I had a quick question and emailed customer support . They replied almost instantly and even gave me extra data as a bonus. Incredible service! This unit is the bomb. I have spent 3 years dealing with campgrounds and other sites having poor to bad WIFI and Internet while traveling and camping, I need something that I could use in my camper that would provide connection for my phones, A Denon HEOS AVR and my Superbox for TV and movies. I tried a couple of devices from Amazon that didn't work and returned them, and were a pain to set up and just about gave up. Then I found the Globlinker. Great price, shipped fast and the installation was 5-10 minutes. The only issue I had was getting my receiver to link with it. NOT the Globlinker's fault but the receiver. I got that resolved. Now I have WIFI and Internet just about anywhere I go. I have the Denon Heos AVR with a TV, a DVD player, and a Superbox (look it up) communicating with each other and using the Globlinker as the WIFI connection. Works great, fast 4G, my wife and I also use our cell phones and laptops with WIFI connect. You get 10 GB of data free for 30 days when you first get it and then the plans are pay as you go from there and they are very reasonable. If you go for awhile without using it, you don't pay. Small and fits in your pocket. Has a battery that can be charged via USB that will last awhile, or you can use it plugged in and not worry about the battery. Now about support. Fast response to emails, even on weekends. Very helpful. The only reason I contacted support was when I had issues connecting to the DVR, even though it wasn't their problem they tried everything they could to help. Very polite. Best part, no need to purchase a Sim card. Don't waste your time researching units like this one, I already did it for you. I hope this helps with your decision.

I’ve used this portable WiFi device for about four months, and it has worked great for me. I tested it at two business events, at work, and even at my house. I worked at the events in a rural part of Florida with a very weak phone signal, but this device gave me full bars. It was easy to connect my Shopify POS system, my phone, and my friend’s phone. My friend couldn’t upload a social media post before, but once he connected to this device, it uploaded right away. It works with Android, iPhone, and Shopify devices with no problems. Paying for data is simple. I bought more data than I needed, and the service time ran out before I used it all. I thought the leftover data was gone, but the company told me they would give it back next time as a kind gesture. That was really nice of them. Just make sure to plan your data so you use it before the service date ends. If you need help, their customer service is very friendly and quick to respond. One thing to know is that the device can get pretty hot if it’s in the sun or in a warm place. I kept it in the shade and used a small fan to help cool it down, and it worked fine. Just try not to leave it in direct sunlight. Overall, this is a great device for travel, events, and places with weak signal.

I ordered this device to use with my DMR hotspot on the go. I drive a semi and go in and out of coverage a lot. This thing is not dependent on any single network provider it will work on all three major companies. There is a slight lag when changing provider but nothing to serious. I had to change the SSID and password to match my Wi-Fi at home, but that was easy to do and works flawlessly. I can also keep my laptop and my tablet connected to the internet with this. It is much better than trying to use my phone as a mobile hotspot. As you can see in the picture I haven't mounted to a battery pack with my DMR hotspot, the battery pack is to power the hotspot as this device has its own power. It is truly grab and go and I can use my DMR radio anytime anywhere

Great service, connectivity, and speed. We purchased this for our family trip to Japan, one of us didn't have an unlocked phone which require Travel Wifi. This product happen to better than our phones that connected directly to the network and didn't have as many dead spots. Customer service is kind and quick and helpful if support is needed. Definitely recommend this over the major brand due to cost and how easy it is to obtain the unit.

Globlinker is a good product for the price, I recently went on a trip to japan and had signal and data because it. The coverage is where ever phone signal is available, so unless you are in a remote area it is garunteed to work as long as data is available. It works well on the go, and has easy to connect features like a scannable QR code so it's easy to share. The device offers different plans for different countries and the website is fairly easy to navigate. It does get a little warm during use, but this is more than made up for by the battery life. I plan to use this Hotspot on more trips, it was very convenient and the support to back pretty quick when I had questions.
