High quality ingredients are the first and most important things you should know about this electrolyte. Dissolves well. Blood orange flavor tastes great. It's worth the price tag. Single serving packets make it easy to take on the go. It's great at helping you to stay hydrated, even after sweating a lot. I highly recommend Thorne products.

This electrolyte powder works as expected and mixes into a convenient, low-calorie drink without sugar. I appreciate that it doesn’t have the strong artificial flavor found in many electrolyte mixes. However, it does have a fairly heavy mineral taste that isn’t especially enjoyable. I’d choose it more for its straightforward formula and function than for the flavor.

I really like these electrolytes. The ingredient list is clean and simple, which was very important for me. The box comes with 30 sachets, very convenient for daily use and travel. There is no strong smell, and the taste is light and pleasant, not overpowering. I personally prefer mixing one sachet in a large glass of water — this way it tastes more refreshing and not overly concentrated. I chose these for myself because I’m a breastfeeding mom (long-term) and often feel dehydrated. This has been an easy and gentle way for me to support hydration throughout the day. We love the taste and the clean ingredients! These mix well and do not have a weird after taste.

I got the Blood Orange thinking there would be acidic balance, but it honestly just tastes like Tang. It says to add one packet to at least 12 oz water and I added it to 32 oz water and just cannot stomach how sweet it is and the metallic aftertaste. I then tried adding lime juice to it. Still NOPE! I didn’t realize the second ingredient “flavor”, is probably genetically engineered and based on how sweet this was….this is a big NO from me! It’s non-returnable. What a waste of $40!
