Very good product. Stereo output quality. Didn't have to charge a single time from the day it arrived. Great battery.

About product range
Sound quality is so good, but I mam facing the same problem inspite changing the piece in warranty that it is not working more than 4 meters after obstacles of wall or door and absence of roof in same room.

Audio quality is good. Could be better
Excellent warranty service by Portronics. My product was picked up within 2 days, and I received it back within 10 days in proper working condition. The overall process was smooth and hassle-free, and I’m happy with the support provided. Good experience with their after-sales service.

Sound quality can bes make better and call quality need to better
All good but not the best because the call quality is poor and sound can be improved in this price . But built quality is awesome and battery is surprising and no problem with connectivity and latency only one thing you miss in this neckband is it's sound quality which is ok ok and it's call quality which can bes more improvement.👍🏻
