Excellent! I saw something similar when I was receiving therapy in rehab, but theirs was harder plastic. Bedluxe product is signature beyond, had open heart surgery, hard still to breathe laying flat; this wonderful wedge pillow set allows me the comfort & convenience of being able to sit half up in bed, as good as in a hospital bed. Very good for my oost op healing while I have to be elevated! The material is less than desirable for the cover however. It has no harmful chemicals so that is a plus and covers can be removed to wash. Putting them back on was like solving a puzzle however! The head rest is very comfortable and I have been sleeping on it for the past 5 nights post op. Good support and height for my needs.

Disappointed. From their ad it looked like just what I needed to support my neck. However, this thing is bulky, a little heavy, rather large and has velcro straps from hell. I had read so many horror stories of trying to get the cover off and back on for washing , that I just let it air out a bit longer and then covered it with a twin flat sheet. I did NOT have the chemical or fishy smell others were describing My issue is that there is no way for me to get comfortable with this thing. As a 5'9 person, the neck pillow hit me right across the shoulder blades and I couldn't really put it any higher as it was already at the top. I have, of course, gone past my return date which really doesn't matter because this thing came vacuumed sealed in a smallish box and there was NO WAY to get it back into the box....keep that in back of your mind should you decide to order. So as to not completely waste my money I will try to use it as a leg support for elevation. Just buyer beware.

I bought this for a family member who had brain surgery and the fact that this is adjustable was perfect. Set lower for her sleep and higher for feedings in her stomach tube. Comfortable for her too and I move this pillow from her bed to the sofa
