They responded quickly.I would trust this seller as it shows they care about their customers.Lightweight, small and easy to setup. Worked great with my Canon EOS 77D camera. Also worked great with my Samsung S23 and Z Flip 5.Sound was GREAT! Picked up my voice without any distortion, even as I moved about.However, after about 4 months, the camera picked up a high picked whine. No matter how close or far from the camera I got, the whine is still there. Mobile devices don't have it, just the DSLR. Other external mic (boom) don't have the issue.USB C charging and the mics come wind covers. Too bad the camera has a whine.UPDATE: Z Flip 5 also has a whine in the audio. Still, great little mics, not too expensive.Would I buy again? Update: if there is a product refresh, yeah, I think i would.

The sound quality is good for what you are paying and it connects to a wide variety of gadgets. It’s essentially plug and play and it has ok build quality but it is still plastic so keep that in mind. It is obviously very portable but it can get lost easily if you are not careful. Overall if your budget is tight this is a great fit for you.

The microphone worked for a few days until the receiver stopped connecting. It is a good deal for the money and works well while it does, but had to return it because the receiver would pair but go offline. It took hours to install with bare bones instructions. After much effort the mic and receiver connected but the connection dropped after a few hours. It became increasingly difficult to connect until it stopped connecting at all. The is no customer support or documentation available at the website.

The media could not be loaded. It's very easy to use. However, one of my complaints is that I wish the red light was brighter so I'd know if my mic is connected to my phone or not. There are some clips where I didn't notice my mic wasn't on or charged. It's difficult to see the red light behind my ring light. The sound quality is okay for what you're paying for, but as soon as you clip the mic on your clothes or anything, it sounds muffled a little bit. So I just hold it.

I bought this for my daughter to have for softball. She loves it. It works great and the sound is clear. It is small but it's perfect size to clip to your shirt and isn't in the way
