Is this coffee or espresso? The package says both, but the description says coffee. Is it strong and smooth?

Pilon is like espresso, and it is very fine. However, I use it like coffee in my Kuerig. I use the Manuel fill your own cup, and it works fine. Pilon is bold, but never bitter.this coffee brand us excellent!

How do you know it is 100% arabica bean coffee, no where on the package does it say that?

This version of Pilon coffee is definitely NOT 100% arabica bean coffee. Only the Pilon Gourmet coffee which is sold in black packaging is 100% arabica bean coffee. Look carefully at the package and nowhere does it state it is 100% arabica bean coffee. The Pilon Gourmet coffee clearly states on the package that it is 100% arabica bean coffee.

why is this so way over priced?

I really don't know the answer, every time I buy it the price changes. I love this coffee but each time I buy it I have to search for a better price. The price it states now is about $15.00 more than I paid.
